Daniel played in the Run with the Best Showcase and Matt Chandick's One Percent Showcase Columbus Day weekend. Here is his highlight reel from the weekend.
Daniel made the most out of the COVID shortened summer, and loss of his Junior Year season. He Played with Team 91 Ambush, and Shred Thread National Teams to continue to develop his skills.
Daniel was invited to play with the Shred Thread National team in the Mid America Invitational, and the NXT Baltimore Showcase. This video shows his ability to create offense using his size and speed, shooting from the outside and inside, and creating turnovers on rides.
Daniel Zabbia is entering his third year as a Varsity Lacrosse Player. Daniel is known for using his size to get close to the goal, but also has a high velocity shot from the outside as well.
Daniel had a great summer, leading his team in scoring.
Daniel Started at Attack for the Half Hollow Hills West Colts Lacrosse team in 2019. Daniel had 33 goals and 5 assists this season, and the team made it to the semi final game for the Suffolk County Championships.
Daniel played for Team Long Island in the Warrior All American Games. The team went 5-0 and won the championship.
Team 91 Ambush went 4-1 for the championship weekend, and Daniel led the team in scoring and assists.
Daniel Zabbia was chosen to play in the Blue Chip 225 and made the All Star Team for the 2021 age group. His team won the game.
Team 91 Ambush made another playoff run in this tournament.
Team 91 Ambush went undeafeted in the NYLA Showcase. Daniel scored 10 goals and had 2 assists for the day, playing against LI Express, Recon and NJLC.
Team 91 Ambush won the Championship in the A division of the Long Island Lax Fest in 2018, beating Igloo, Express, Tide, Empire and Wogue Lacrosse. Danny had 12 goals and 5 assists for the tournament.
Run with the Best Showcase from June 2nd, 2018 at the Sachem Sports Complex. I scored 14 goals and had 2 assists on this day.
This year I played attack for the Half Hollow Hills High School West Colts Lacrosse team. Our team made it to the playoffs, and I scored 12 goals and 5 assists.
